HR Admin Assistant

**1. Time & Attendance and Payroll Management**:
- Leave
- Payroll for Workmen
**2. On-Boarding Process**:
- Prepare new employee files (P-File)
- Orienting new workers
- Administering new employment assessments
- Serving as a point person for all new workers questions
**3. Compensation & Benefits**:
- Timely Leave and Claims processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Working alongside the payroll regarding overseeing benefits deductions and additions to the company’s patrol system.
- Maintaining new hire, employee, and absentee reports (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
**4. Performance Evaluation**:
- Appraisal cycle to ensure that workers' performance evaluations are duly and timely done for salary review, promotion and renewal requirements, via:
- Execute the yearly appraisal process
- Work with superior to ensure the submission of the employees’ appraisal
- Collate and consolidate appraisal result and put up an analysis of evaluation
**5. Other tasks as assigned by superior**
**Key Result Area**:
- Well maintain all HR Documentations in the company server
- Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll
- Workers’ Leave and Claims are duly processed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- No experience welcome
**Other information**:
- 5.5 days’ alternate work
- Close to Kaki Bukit MRT
