Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key partner stakeholders to execute key strategic goals aligning to business strategy
- Owning CMS Program growth
- Drive customer strategy for our key strategic partner
- Work cohesively with the Market Director and General Managers across International Markets to uncover partner needs and develop plans that align to our overall business strategy
- Be a product expert and sounding board for questions around how to position our products within existing markets
- Spend 20 % of your time in Markets across Japan, to build relationships with clients and partner with local team to delivery initiatives
- Attend client meetings across the International Market region as required
- Understand and study market trends as it relates to QSR across the International Market portfolio (Inspire and Starbucks)
- Act as a leader within the wider business
- P&L responsibility for Global CMS Project

**Skills and Experience**:

- Technology implementation and client management experience with 10+ years expertise in similar channel or aligned new vertical
- Enterprise level client engagement and management
- Proven track record in successful delivery of large-scale IT projects at an enterprise level
- Experienced with end-to-end business unit management including P&L development and ongoing management
- Demonstrated leadership for clients and teams through strong problem-solving & negotiation skills, ability to own tough decisions, and influence and engage with new clients
- Experience selling full solutions that include hardware, software and services
- Positively influence internal & external stakeholders through strong collaboration and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel throughout the region
