
Pillar Head, Semiconductor, Business Development

**Key Responsibilities**:
? Market Analysis ? Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the semiconductor equipment sector.
? Lead Generation ? Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into new members for the ARTC consortium.
? Customer Relationship Management ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive business growth.
? Sales Strategy ? Work with the Semiconductor Pillar team to create and execute effective sales strategies that align with ARTC?s goals.
? Proposal Development ? Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including technical specifications and pricing models, to customers.
? Negotiation ? Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for ARTC while meeting customer expectations.
? Collaboration ? Work closely with the R&D and Project Management departments to ensure alignment on product/service offerings and customer feedback.
? Performance Tracking ? Monitor Tech-Biz performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor?s degree or higher in engineering or business administration with focus on technology management.
- 5+ years in sales, marketing or business development, within the semicon industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales and business growth.
**Type of Employment**: Full-Time
**Minimum Experience**: 5 Years
