**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Admin & Sales teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient document management, and seamless coordination of office activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support, including preparing and managing reports for the Admin & Sales teams.
- Handle general office administration: maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage pantry supplies, and coordinate corporate gifts, name cards, and festive hampers.
- Maintain records and documents using digital tools for efficient file retrieval and organization.
- Coordinate and provide logístical support for key meetings, such as leadership discussions, strategy reviews, and town halls, including minute-taking.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management to resolve facility-related issues.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office upkeep, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support Admin & Sales teams with documentation needs, such as issuing certificates and authorization letters, and managing courier services.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Degree, or GCE “A” level with at least 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in travel coordination is an advantage.
**Additional Information**
- 100% On-site Role - No hybrid work arrangement.
- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month + 13th-month bonus.Confidential Search - Company details will only be disclosed at later interview stages.
