- Track, monitor, update and submit report on program's sign ups
- Management of queries from mailbox
- Vet, approve, manage scheduling system, Admin Portal
- Audit
- Invoicing

**Job Requirements**

at least a Diploma or GCE A Level with 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Good communication, project management and time management skills,
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Outlook etc),
- Experienced in scheduling meetings and activities,
- Experienced in invoicing,
- Experienced in customer service,
- Preferred to be meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.

**Job Type**: Contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
