**The Opportunity**

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This position requires close coordination with the Warehouse Manager and team to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and inventory.

**Location**:B&H Worldwide Singapore
**Reports to**:Warehouse Manager
**Hours**:Full time, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays

**Key Role Accountabilities**
- ** Warehouse Operations**:

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods as per company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following warehouse guidelines.
- Ensure accurate stock management, including regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Assist with maintaining accurate records of stock movements, including goods received, dispatched, and returned.
- Participate in periodic stock checks and inventory reconciliations.
- Update internal systems with shipment and inventory information as required.
- ** General Warehouse Support**:

- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and team to resolve any operational issues.
- Take part in any mandatory training and development programs as required by the company.
- ** Customer Service Support**:

- Support customer requests and queries by coordinating with the internal team and ensuring timely responses.
- Communicate updates to customers and the Warehouse Manager, such as shipment delays or stock issues.
- ** Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Report any non-compliance or safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure that goods are handled with care, in line with security and health regulations.

**Your Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to use inventory systems.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Flexible and agile.
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
