Coordinator, Warehouse (3-Year Contract)

Location: Changi

Salary: $2,600/month + 1-month completion bonus after 1 year

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to monitor and support daily operations within the assigned division/LOBs. The role ensures smooth operations, compliance with company policies and local regulations, and efficient management of resources. The Coordinator will work with internal teams, external vendors (2PL/3PL), and contingency workers to optimize productivity and streamline processes while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management & Compliance

  • Oversee and supervise all activities in the assigned division/LOBs to ensure daily operational goals are achieved.
  • Monitor operational quality and address non-conformance issues promptly.
  • Plan and coordinate daily logistics, schedules, and order fulfilment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement, recommend solutions, and implement approved changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations; investigate and resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation, prepare monthly reports, and assist with audits.
  • Verify vendor invoices and coordinate timely submission to Finance.

Team Management & Development

  • Plan team schedules, monitor performance, and identify training needs.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure completion of mandatory training.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve departmental objectives while maintaining compliance with WSH standards.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
