Singapore JOB ALPHA ASSOCIATES Full time

**Job Highlights**:
Client: Manufacturing

Location: AMK Area

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm

Remuneration: $3000 - $4000 (Based on Qualification & Experience)

1 Year Contract (Subject to renewal) + Completion Bonus + 14 Days AL

**NOTE**:

- **NO **More **Quota for Any Work Passes **.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in using Prosoft HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Good inter-personal skills and good communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle in all recruitment process from end to end includes job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, job offers and support expats entry and onboarding process.
- Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs and work closely and participate in Career Fair with schools on internship, sponsorship and graduate recruitment projects.
- Updating of monthly organization chart.
- Support and work closely with line managers on annual Performance Appraisal to design the training road map, drive attraction, retention and engagement programs and etc.
- Communicate to all staff in the business units of any HR-related policies changes and updates.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
