Based from the Singapore office with the opportunity to work flexibly from home as agreed the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Manager Talent Acquisition, APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to support the APAC recruitment team in securing top diverse talent for our world leading media and entertainment companies.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interview scheduling across the region
- Provides support in setting up assessments as required
- Updates the Applicant Tracking System as required, (currently BrassRing)
- Supports in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required as well as offer letter creation for Early Career Interns roles in Singapore
- Provides support with posting adverts
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Branding team in updating social media posts
- Communicate with Hiring Managers and new hires to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for Talent Acquisition
- As time allows support with: Interns onboarding; Early Career events; Assessment Centre coordination - planning and conducting alongside the Early Career Programme Manager

**Basic Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a Recruiting, Human Resources team or related experience in meeting fast-paced team needs
- A good level of IT literacy including MS Office and experience of working with an Application Tracking system would be advantageous
