**Where you would add value**

A critical position, accountable for project management, business support, and customer engagement, in the planning and implementation of Amplify Health (AH)’s strategic sales, marketing and business development initiatives.

AH’s Commercial team are thought leaders in healthcare and health insurance who build and maintain a high-quality consultative partnership between AH and its clients and systematically guide and enable the building of health capabilities.

The Business Development Senior Consultant will be responsible for management of the business development and customer value delivery process.

**How you would make a difference**

Core responsibilities
- Provide support and structure to strategic planning, sales management, and customer value delivery process
- Ongoing account management support related activities e.g. relationship mapping and structuring steering activities to ensure positive pipeline growth
- Produce high-quality materials to support the AH sales, consulting and client engagement process for the AH solution set (e.g. advanced analytics, claims & benefits, medical cost optimisation and digital engagement)
- Support different Governance forums within AH or with AIA markets through preparation of reports on commercials KPIs, pipeline, etc.
- Facilitate and coordinate the engagement between key stakeholders on the client and the AH commercial /proposition teams

Other responsibilities
- Accountable for developing integrated delivery roadmaps and timeline across AIA markets with inputs from the Propositions team.
- Support AH Product development
- Perform market research, monitor the competitive landscape and provide benchmarking for AH Commercial/Propositions team
- Build and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

**What you need to be successful**

Desired Skills & Experience
- Graduate Degree from reputable university
- Strong project management experience and skillset
- Organised and structured in written and verbal communication
- Responsive to business needs
- Strong work ethic, ideally from a consulting background with a demonstrable track record of value-added delivery and professional conduct and delivery
- Sophisticated written, visual and verbal communication skills, for internal and external delivery
- High degree of personal maturity and a natural capacity to self-reflect, learn, and develop
- Ability to handle change and navigate ambiguity
- Alignment with core values and vision of AH

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Experience in consulting and business development
- Experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects / initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within insurance, with exposure to health, digital engagement, technology solutions, organisational transformation projects
- Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environment managing potentially different expectations and needs
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Any Asian language would be an advantage
- Enthusiastic, open-minded and fast to learn
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- A good team player with “hands on” can do attitude
