Senior Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Development Specialist. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent business acumen and strong communication skills.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored service solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and timely support.
- Work closely with the professional team to develop and deliver customized business solutions.
- Oversee and manage client operations to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate business risks.
Requirements:
Education:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is required. Graduates from universities in Singapore, the UK, or the US are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-disciplined with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Industry experience in finance, accounting, or business consulting is highly preferred.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary and performance-based commission. The salary package ranges from SGD 3,200/month for Junior Consultants to SGD 5,500/month for Senior Consultants.
