- Collaborating closely with the senior management team to formulate goals and practices that align with business strategies and contribute to organization and talent development.
- Serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner, offering HR insights and advice to support the implementation of business strategies.

- Oversee the complete spectrum of HR functions, encompassing the planning, coordination, and implementation of various activities. These activities include workforce strategy planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and ensuring HR policies and regulatory compliance. This role also involves directing specific projects and programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to garner support for organizational development and change interventions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define talent and manpower requirements, building a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage performance and talent management initiatives, including activities such as career planning, staff development, performance appraisal, succession planning, and manpower planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues, addressing matters like grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee exits.
- Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support and facilitate the seamless, efficient, and timely execution of day-to-day HR processes and transactions.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

**Requirement**:

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent HR experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both as a team player and independently, showing proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Exhibit strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a problem-solving mindset, while being willing to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Strike a well-balanced approach between strategic thinking and addressing day-to-day operational matters with a proactive mindset.
