We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager **to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Review and enhance compensation structures to align with market trends.
- **Employee Relations**:Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
- **HR Policy Development & Compliance**:Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives.
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and standards.
- **HR Administration & Reporting**:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
