We are seeking a proactive and versatile **Senior Human Resource & Admin Executive**for our client to manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions. This role ensures the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support a productive and compliant workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operations, warehouse, and office roles
- Liaise with employment agencies and conduct direct sourcing
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks
- Organize orientation and onboarding for new hires
**HR Administration & Documentation**:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Ensure accuracy in payroll inputs and liaise with payroll service providers
- Generate HR reports as needed
**Employee Relations & Engagement**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Support in resolving workplace issues and promoting a positive work culture
- Organise staff engagement activities and welfare programmes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends
**Performance Management**:
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records
- Support managers in setting goals and managing underperformance
- Recommend development or training interventions as needed
**Training & Development**:
- Identify training needs across departments
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
**Compliance & Workplace Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and industry standards
- Maintain HR policies and handbook in alignment with legal requirements
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives
**HR Projects & Continuous Improvement**:
- Assist in HR-related audits and government submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, SDL)
- Lead or support projects in process improvements, digitalization, or policy updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning and HR strategy
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience (experience in logistics, food supply, or FMCG industries is advantageous)
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and IT savvy
- Able to communicate with diverse workforce
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
**Work Environment**:
- Office located near operational site (e.g., cold room/warehouse environment)
