Founded in Singapore in 2004, Akribis Systems is a motion control company that provides high precision direct drive motors. We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion.

We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.

More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Our deep knowledge of engineering and dedication to the work has resulted in 44 patents, and our research and development into the field of magnetics will only continue to grow our business. Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

Today, we have two production factories and numerous sales and support offices across the globe. At Akribis Systems, precision matters.

DESIGNATION : Senior HR Executive / Specialist (Employee Relation & Engagement)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your scope will include the following but not limited to:
**Onboarding Experience**
- Acclimates new employees to the new work environment with a great orientation.
- Review and/or design new orientation programs (Traditional orientation, interactive orientation, and reorientation) providing a welcoming experience to the new employees.

**Staff Welfare and Benefit**
- Review and/or propose and administer benefits policies and initiatives catering to business and employee needs.
- Ensure external competitiveness within the tech/manufacturing industry and in compliance with the government legislation and recommendation.
- Project manage and administer various plans and into execution and tactics, ensuring alignment of staffing needs with business objectives while managing, influencing, and driving change.
- Be actively involved in Rewards and Benefits systems such as appraisal systems, new initiatives and enhancements, from business requirements, user acceptance testing, employee communication, to seeing through project implementation.
- Involve in other activities such as health and mental wellbeing, staff welfare, recreational activities (with the support from Recreation Committee) and improving the working environment.

**Employee Engagement**
- Shape the day-to-day experience and shape the moments that matter for employees.
- Administering employee involvement or engagement programs.
- Advising and collaborating with business units and corporate functions to drive and implement engagement interventions
- Identifying and tracking engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement efforts
- Survey on employees’ needs and promote employee advocacy by generating brand exposure through internal incentives and recognition, and social media advocacy.
- Analysing culture survey results and formulating engagement programs and initiatives that can be adapted for implementation across the group, with clearly defined intended outcomes.

**Grievances Handling and Disciplinary Action**
- Host inquiry, investigation and provide employment dispute resolution and/or mediation.
- Engaging in conflict resolution practices.

**Staff Retention and Offboarding**
- Conduct exit survey and interview to understand and provide invaluable insight into the employee perspective of your company which helps to determine and/or improve employee retention strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess iHRP Certification and/or Degree in Human Resource Management and/or related field will be a plus.
- Preferably with at least five (5) years of working experience in a similar role and/or any other related field/industry required for this position is a pre-requisite.

OTHER INFORMATION
**Skillset(s) Requirement**:

- Required Knowledge: Key Employment-related/Labour laws and regulations.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Suites and outstanding knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or RecruiterPal will be a plus.
- Preferably Senior/Mid-level role specialized in Recruitment and/or equivalent.

- Excellent time and project management skills and has the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate.
