We're looking for brilliant, ambitious sales people to join our team of business development professionals working across Indeed's portfolio of national accounts. Our highly professional sales team are experts in working with enterprise level clients to help transform their recruitment and hiring processes.

**Your job.**:
Our Enterprise Sales team builds deep partnerships with the world’s largest employers to develop hiring solutions. They help major companies expand their businesses, hire more effectively and grow their employer brand.

The Director of Enterprise Sales will assist our team support large enterprise organisations to effectively manage their online recruitment strategy with Indeed.

As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you’ll help our sales people articulate the value proposition of Indeed’s products against a client’s hiring needs by positioning, bundling and handling any objections presented by clients. You will have the ability to craft a narrative based on data which is vital to differentiate our products and stand out above the competition. You have the capacity and sales acumen to manage and grow our business through honest, transparent and nurturing leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will hire, manage and develop a team of National Account Managers, direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services
- Identify business opportunities with Enterprise accounts and coach up-selling of existing advertisers
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
- Adhere to sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories
- Develop industry relationships in order to promote Indeed’s products in the market

**Who You Are**:
**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has experience marketing digital advertising solutions including brand and SaaS products to large, medium-sized and corporate organisations specifically in South East Asia, Hong Kong and Globally
- Is interested in building upon their successful track record in this field and supporting a team of professional sales managers to achieve their goals by offering exceptional service
- Has a “can do” attitude and loves to be challenged
- Is metrics-oriented, organised and is reliable and accountable to themselves, their team and the business

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4+ years regional experience selling to enterprise clients
- Leadership experience
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills in English + regional languages will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities

**Salary Range Disclaimer**:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 180,000 - 250,000 SGD per year
