RGF represents a comprehensive electronic components manufacturer leading the world in magnetic technology. Their diverse range of electronic components are at work all the time inside the familiar products that you use every day. They are actively looking to hire an Outside Sales Personnel to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for overseeing the sales of their products from beginning to end
- Be the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met
- Sales Personnel should know their product inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of electronics & components sales experience
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Outstanding written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-driven and result-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and able to work on tight deadlines, and handle stress well
- Positive attitudes and ability to accept challenges
- Able to travel overseas, as and when required
- Motivated and disciplined
