Dematic has an immediate need for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Singapore.

You will play a key part in a rapidly growing organisation, whilst supporting the Asia Leadership team and People Leaders across the business. You will drive a strategy around attracting, developing and retaining talent.

You will be responsible primarily for overseeing the delivery of operational Human Resources across Asia. The role will involve a mixture of strategic and tactical Human Resources ensuring the day-to-day Human Resources generalist activities are positioned to support business needs. You will lead and motivate a team of Human Resources practitioners, covering generalist activities, talent acquisition and learning and development. You will report directly to the Senior Director Human Resources APAC.

The role offers the full range of operational Human Resources and deals with a diverse workforce, including sales, engineering, project management, through to manufacturing and service, which provides a constant exposure to learning.

In addition to the responsibility across Asia, you will be a key member of the APAC HR Leadership team and HR community, contributing to and influencing HR projects across the Region.

A proven track record of successfully planning, implementing and executing Human Resources programs and initiatives as well as knowledge of employee relations across Asia is essential.

**Key Areas of the role**:

- Guide critical talent decisions including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and performance management to support Dematic’s growth plans.
- Assists management on labor utilization, organizational design, turnover control, compensation, performance management, and other human capital matters.
- Develop positive employee relations strategies.
- Support the planning and strategy for key business groups in the areas of recruitment, talent management and organizational development.
- Uses metric and data to enable business leaders by identifying trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Supports the development of a strategy to recruit and retain diverse, world-class talent that will allow Dematic a competitive advantage over competition.
- Partner with the communications team on delivery of important employee facing communication initiatives.
- Builds leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of direct applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in global, fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted adviser and confidant.
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
- Demonstrated advanced customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal) required.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and business analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, complex, fast-paced environment across all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives, holding themselves accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.
