**Learning & Development Intern**
Gain exposure to daily L&D functions, professionals, and business leaders.
Encourage a positive, energized and respectful learning environment.
Provide support to the team in the following areas:
- Coordinate the delivery of the training programmes according to the training calendar.
- Liaise with training providers for external course enrollment for employees.
- Provide end to end administrative support (venue, room setup, catering, materials and certificate printing, payment etc.) and communication to trainer and participants.
- Build and administer various surveys.
- Create and develop PowerPoint presentations for trainings and events.
- Support New Employee Orientation programme for new hires as part of onboarding process.
- Assist in creation of facilitation guides and instructional materials.
- Set up technology and media equipment (i.e., PowerPoint, webinar, Skype, video)
- Coordinate and participate in any off-site events.
- Perform special projects as identified by the needs of the business.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- A curious and competitive spirit.
- Ability to be detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
**Qualifications**:
Current undergraduate student pursuing a diploma in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
