This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

To take charge of operations matters and the day to day running of assigned vessels. Ensure that all on board marine operations vessel are consistent to POSH SOPs:

- Vetting Charterers reports and NPR and keep track of vessels movements, as well as achieving Charterers reports into Server.
- Monitor Fuel Lub’s and FW ROB’s and consumptions.
- Assist vessels under care on any enquiries, and be the contact person between Charterers, Agents, any other 3rd party vendor and the vessels.
- Plan forward and anticipate potential problems, and alert vessel as well as relevant departments when found.
- Coordinate arrivals and departure of vessels, such as pilot, immigration clearance, transportation of personnel to and from vessels at anchorage and tugboat assistance.
- Coordinate and arrange supply of water, Fuel, and Lub oils, when on company account, to vessels.
- Coordinate the preparation for new charters. Attend Pre-spud meetings with charterers, assist marketing department arranging audits and inspections (Suitability survey, On/Off-Hire survey), of the vessels, Etc.
- Attend rigging of tow gear together with rep. from POSH Project Team.
- Coordinate the preparation towards end of charter period.
- Assist to inform all required about vessels movements, where and when to send spares and/or technicians, as well as other enquiries.
- Assist HSEQ Department arranging for audits, as well as other HSEQ related matters 12. Attend safety meetings with charterers.
- Take part in Investigations of Incidents / accidents on board vessels.
- Interface with POSH HSEQ Dept to ensure vessel’s compliance to the POSH ISM & ISO systems on board.
- Interface with Crewing and ensuring proper and continuous shipboard training.
- Project execution

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Prefer Deck Class 1 or 2/ 3 COC
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Marine Operations environment / role
- Preferable from AHTS / AHT / Offshore Supply
