**Primary Scope - Tender Lifecycle Management**
- Create a tender shell based on requirements, including all generic information. Create/Add CVs and Qualifications in the format designated by the bid documentation and assist team with all other requirements possible.
- Check the bid site regularly for clarifications, deadline changes and updated terms of reference etc and convey to team.
- Once the team has completed the proposal, cross check the content against the RFP to assure all is included that should be, format where required, copy edit where required. Submit tender before deadline, then regularly check for any outcome.

**Secondary Scope**
- Document maintenance as pertains to Tenders (including credentials master, referees master, confidential client list, resumes).
- General copy editing including reports, presentations, publications, mailings etc.
- General formatting of other MS Word documents including reports, and MS Powerpoint (preferable)
- General assistance to the Support Directors and Partners as required. Copy writing from time to time (optional and based on skill)

**Qualifications**
- 6+ years of solid commercial experience with a very good understanding of consulting service tenders including process, formatting, editing, submission
- Highly skilled in the use of MS Word, skilled in MS Powerpoint, at minimum a basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency, and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent inter-personal skills - must be comfortable working closely with a multi-national staff and senior advisor base scattered across multiple timezones throughout the Asia Pacific, some of which for whom English is a second or even a third language.
- Independent and mature with a positive can-do attitude
- Flexible, service-oriented and a strong team player
- Proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Calm under stress, able to juggle priorities, multiple tasks and multiple timezones efficiently under pressure, able to deal with ambiguity by making good judgment calls and report to multiple managers.
