Minimum qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in commercial/marketing or a business consultancy field
- Marketing and digital platform experience within retail, e-commerce or hardware. Experience in program management and production across various marketing channels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with content marketing strategy inclusive of MarTech development and implementation. E-commerce leader with a portfolio of large scale projects with clear commercial outcomes.
- Experience working on complex campaigns/projects with multiple executive level stakeholders
- Program/Project management skills with excellent ability to manage high visibility priorities concurrently
- Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with a data driven approach to marketing
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline driven work environment. Resourceful and results-oriented.
**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Google e-commerce Store showcases and sells new devices and services made with Google technology, like Pixel, Google Nest, and much more. On a day-to-day basis, the Google Store marketing team is showcasing flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running campaigns and promotions, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities, and finding creative ways to bring unique online shopping experiences to life.
The Go-To-Market (GTM) function manages product launches on the Google Store, and you will be responsible for end to end management of the launch process and execution of the shopping experience on the site. You are a multi-faceted, innovative problem-solver and project manager that can deliver great creative work, with the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead product launch programs, creating the framework and success metrics to drive engagement at scale.
- Work closely with internal partners across Consumer Marketing, Paid Media, and others to shape the content experience on Google Store and tell our product story driving distribution and usage of our products.
- Act as a bridge between global and local partners (Consumer Marketing, Product Planning, and Sales) on launch content, timing, product positioning and features availability to influence global launch content strategy.
- Analyze key launch metrics and define the reporting framework to socialize in business reviews, while reviewing data, and glean insights to inform future GTM plans. Support business case development and funding requests to support regional projects.
- Optimize Google Store reporting and analytics including the monitoring of Google Store Marketing OKRs against strategic alignment and roadmap.
