This position will provide expert consultation and guidance to outline and create best-in-class recruitment programs, policies, and practices. In addition, the Recruitment Marketing Specialist partnering with key stakeholders during client implementation stakeholders to ensure the recruitment strategy to drive maximum profitability and growth

Key Responsibilities

1) Provide regular talent insights for key clients and focus markets

2) Have a good overview of KellyOCG recruitment tools and utilize them to gather market intel and develop talent reports

3) Be the SME for best-in-class sourcing strategy and develop country and regional sourcing plans for key accounts and complex hiring

Skills Required
- 5+ years of recruitment marketing, employer branding and marketing experience
- Expertise in developing and presenting recruitment strategy plans to customers, both internal and external
- Solid business knowledge and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative & presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of employer branding skills
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
