**Description of Role & Responsibilities**

We are launching a new and exciting wellness concept and are seeking a motivated, attentive, and professional **Recovery Coach** to guide clients through structured recovery sessions and ensure a safe, positive, and empowering experience. As the face of the recovery journey, you will help clients feel at ease, coach them through wellness protocols, and maintain a calming and supportive environment. You will also assist with daily operations to keep the space clean, welcoming, and smoothly run.

Some examples of expected responsibilities are as follows:

- Welcome clients and walk-ins, guide them through check-in, and introduce session flow.
- Lead clients through structured recovery sessions using simple techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness, or body awareness.
- Observe and monitor client well-being throughout sessions and offer support or adjustments as needed.
- Provide recovery amenities (e.g., towels, tea, rest area guidance) post-session.
- Foster a calm, non-judgmental, and encouraging atmosphere for all guests, including first-timers.
- Support with day-to-day operations (e.g. ensuring cleanliness, safety)
- _Report feedback, incidents, or equipment issues to the manager promptly._

**Required Qualifications**:

- _Client-facing experience:_ At least 1 year in a customer service, wellness, or hospitality role with strong interpersonal skills.
- _Communication skills:_ Clear, confident verbal communication in English, able to explain session processes and offer reassurance.
- _Situational awareness:_ Able to calmly observe and respond to client needs, with attention to physical and emotional cues.
- _Reliable and responsible: _Comfortable managing sessions independently and following operational SOPs.
- _Professional presence:_ Able to create a safe, grounded, and positive space for all types of clients.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in fitness, wellness, or spa environments.
- Background or certification in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, or coaching.
- Familiarity with first aid protocols.
- Interest in recovery modalities, resilience training, or performance wellness.

**Pay Range**: $2,000 - $4,000 per month
