**Role: HR Business Partner**

UiPath is looking for a superstar with proven HR Business Partner experience to support our growing Southeast Asia GTM organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR APJ, your role will be to provide HR consultation on a wide variety of human resources activities including employee relations, benefit reviews and renewals, talent management, immigration, relocation, administration of annual processes, data analysis, and participate or lead key HR projects.

**What you'll be doing at UiPath**:

- Provide strategic business partnership, HR advisory, and strengthening relationships with our SEA GTM leaders
- Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
- Partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation and Legal to implement solutions and help scale the business
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global and regional execution
- Support and resolve Employee Relations as needed
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended global and regional People Team community
**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 8+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- 5+ years supporting sales / GTM teams
- Demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate project management and change management experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Experience helping global and / or matrixed organizations scale
- Demonstrate experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skill
- Experienced user in Workday
