Job Purpose
As the Program Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of the global design contest, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, global partners, designers, and vendors. You will own the critical path and be the engine behind delivering the program on time and at high quality across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain project timelines, budgets, and workstreams across global time zones.
- Liaise with strategic partners (e.g. Central Saint Martins, Singapore Fashion Council, Paris Fashion Week organizers).
- Oversee designer onboarding, travel logistics, material sourcing, and contest platform operations.
- Prepare status reports and track KPIs, working closely with the content, product, and marketing teams.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience in program or project management (fashion, creative, cultural, or international programs preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with event logistics, partnership management, or contest execution a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language (Mandarin/French) is a bonus.
- Passion for creativity, sustainability, or fashion innovation.
