
Sales Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Work as a direct understudy of Sales Director on multiple aspects of business including sales & project management
- Prioritize, Coordinate, Manage, Facilitate / implement projects and sales activities to ensure smooth sales operations and achieving company goals and targets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on Resource allocating, keep a close-eye on deliverables, accounts receivables
- Provide account management support, work closely with technical support and customer service team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop understanding and build rapport with key stakeholders, with strategic partners and vendors and key decision makers of our clients to provide best service and value-add to our clients and our company
- Consistent communication on customers’ requirements to meet their needs in a productive and timely manner
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Active participation in major projects such as providing ideas, organizing and coordinating
- Make recommendation of business development opportunities to open new job markets and ventures, attract new clients and expand existing clientele base
**Education**:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or business or related field
**Experience**:
At least 5 years of experience, 3 years in sales development positions in IT industry / Smart Cards / Payment business;
**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge of EMV, transportation card, Payment standards and Smart card.
Able to work independently.
Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
Be excited to speak with all levels of customers and build good relationships
Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skill, mature and analytical
Results-oriented and able to work independently
Work knowledge and experience in multi-cultural environment
Willing to travel and support regional countries
Able to work under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
