**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive with daily tasks.
- Prepare and organize Pre HAWB (House Air Waybill) documents, including cargo labels and sorting paperwork.
- Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers before flight departures.
- Perform job registration using our Freight Management System.
- Follow specific handling instructions for urgent cargo, ensuring export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage but not required.
