Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with applicable parties for airfreight export shipments
- Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained
- Prepare necessary export documents
- Maintain quality system within area of responsibility
- Provide advice to clients on delivery, payment, insurance, and other airfreight export services
- Prepare COO and export declaration for customers
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services
- Manage carriers and brokers for export processes and execution
- Analyze and recommend export processes and cost improvements
- Assist with carrier negotiations and rates quotation
- Scan vouchers and invoices to workflow and file documents
- Resolve export issues and customs problems
- Perform any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Relevant education or work experience in airfreight export coordination
- Knowledge of export processes and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in document preparation and management
- Familiarity with carrier and broker management
