**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day tasks for air freight operations, both for exports and imports.
- Update data according to airline specifications and label cargo when needed.
- Print AWBs and produce all necessary documentation.
- Update electronic air waybills (FWB), house manifests (FHL), and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
- Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
- Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
- Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
