**AIRFREIGHT OPERATION OFFICER**

**Basic Salary: SGD 2200 - SGD 2500**

**Working Hour: 5 Days (Rotating Shift)**

** 11AM - 8PM**

** 1PM - 10PM**

** 3PM - 12AM**

**Location: Changi**
- Ensure effective export operation service to customers for air export business
- Assigning of direct/consol shipment for execution of AWB
- Ensure on-time transfer of shipments to respective airline terminals
- Work closely with customer service export staff and liaise with transport service providers on export operations issues
- Ensure close follow-up on non-confirming export cargo and services
- Monitoring and reporting unsatisfactory service level from transport service providers to Export Manager
- Collating the submission of monthly shipment discrepancy report

**Job Requirement**:

- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders
- PC literate/ IT Savvy
- Possess good customer service attitude and skills
- Well organized, systematic, and meticulous
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with all levels of staff
- Relevant experience and able to commence work immediately would be an added advantage
