Reporting to the Learning Lead, you will drive the Learning & Development (L&D) approach for Prudential Singapore, to design and facilitate an effective and fit-for-purpose learning journey, and cascade and embed these initiatives to elevate the capabilities of our people. As part of this dynamic role you will also work closely with the business and HR Business Partners (BPs) to cascade and embed these initiatives for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and delivery of L&D related programmes across multiple platforms to develop/ upskill our people to meet the organization’s objectives in line with the people development agenda
- Facilitate corporate L&D programmes with a special focus on developing our pool of existing employees and continually refine the learning approach based on analysis of L&D metrics to ensure fit for purpose
- Conceptualize & drive initiatives across multiple platforms with a special focus on new learning solutions to strengthen employee engagement and develop a culture of Continuous Learning
- Assess professional competencies present within the organization to support a pipeline of talent equipped with the critical skills needed to support the business strategy
- Partner the business to identify and deliver appropriate learning interventions that are contextualized to profiles, preferences and needs
- Support the Learning Lead to identify and implement appropriate development interventions that underpin the enterprise strategic workforce plan
- Develop structured talent development plans and recommend appropriate development interventions aligned with the organization’s competency development and staff’s professional development needs
- Collaborate and partner with government agencies to drive programs and initiatives within the organisation

Working Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in areas related to Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development and Talent Management/Development
Education
- Degree in any field of study
