- Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic $5,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help establish and improve the local organizational structure and management practices.
- Support the development and refinement of HR processes to effectively assist business operations.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and handle onboarding.
- Create and conduct training programs, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
- Implement performance evaluation methods to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
- Manage compensation and benefits, and resolve employee queries.
- Foster positive employee relations to maintain a good work environment and ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
- Organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.
- Update HR policies to comply with current regulations.
- Assist with other HR duties as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of experience in recruitment or HRBP. Experience in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, fashion, or consulting industries is preferred. IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity among employees.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consulting, guidance, and communication abilities.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Highly independent yet a strong team player.
