**Job Description for Regional Business Coordinator - Asia**:

- The role of the Regional Business Coordinator - Asia is primarily responsible for providing the highest level of sales support, coordination and to the Regional General Manager - Southeast Asia to ensure key business objectives are met. In addition, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the relevant business areas which includes but is not limited to assistance with key projects and initiatives.
- **12 months term and the likelihood of ongoing extensions**:

- **Key Activities**
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of regional commercial initiatives.
- Assure the timely payment of all accounts, including the tracking of expenditures and budgets.
- Engage and coordinate relevant regional stakeholders to ensure the information requested by HQ Sales & Distribution is available to them.
- Assist in the generation of periodic reports using analytical tools to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and special events as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of as well as participation in the development of initiatives and performance activities for the region, corporate customers, or trade partners.
- Provide administrative support for the commercial team daily, from end-to-end.
- Provide ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Regional General Manager - Southeast Asia.
- **Key Attributes/Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or related studies
- Fresh graduates or min. 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome, preferably working in the aviation industry, will be an added advantage.
- Highly motivated with a personal commitment to exceptional customer service
- Initiative-taking with the ability to achieve outcomes without supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to play a strong support role in integrating stakeholders.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and comfort working within a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
- Must be able to think clearly, creatively and work independently under pressure.
- Flexible approach to work and responsibilities
- Proven project management experience including strong discipline of prioritizing and time management skills.
- Proficient knowledge in using Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferably PowerBI will be an advantage.
