**Responsibilities**:
- Define Airwallex’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans-
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure that our product can handle increased user adoption, usage, and complexity while maintaining its core value proposition.-
- Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape-
- Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback-
- Manage a high performing team of Product Managers**Who you are**

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

**Minimum Requirements**- Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development-
- 2+ years of formal people management experience-
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth-
- Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale-
- Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirements-
- Ability to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of time-
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones-
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences-
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology-
