Product Lead – Web & App Development
to drive the evolution of its digital platforms. This role is crucial in

The ideal candidate has
end-to-end experience launching web applications from zero to one , particularly in the
fintech and crypto sectors . They will lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital products that power secure and scalable financial transactions. This role involves working closely with
engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
to build web and app solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap
for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
Lead the full product development lifecycle
from conceptualization, design, and development to launch and continuous improvement.
Own the end-to-end experience for card payments, swaps, QR payments, and digital merchant solutions , ensuring frictionless transactions.
Drive the revamp of existing applications , identifying opportunities to improve UI/UX, performance, and security.
Work closely with engineering teams
to build and scale high-performing web and app solutions.
Conduct competitor and market analysis
to ensure digital platforms remain innovative and ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with business, marketing, and compliance teams
to define user needs and regulatory considerations for new web/app features.
Monitor key product metrics and optimize performance
based on data insights and user feedback.
Identify new revenue opportunities through digital features , ensuring long-term product scalability and adoption.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in
product management , with hands-on experience in
web and app development
within fintech or crypto.
Proven ability to launch and scale web applications , taking products from zero to one.
Strong understanding of payment technologies, card services, swaps, and QR transactions.
Data-driven mindset , with experience in using metrics to guide product decisions.
Excellent communication skills , with the ability to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
to collaborate with regional teams.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment , with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
