Responsibilities:
- As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch on topics
- Creating more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments
- Building robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks
- Improving Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allowing them to fully optimize the online payments operations
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:- 4 -10 years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years of formal people management experience
- Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
- Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirements
- Ability to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of time
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
