Job Description Summary

Support BD global trade in transactional activities for the greater asia countries through managing the global trade services system. Developing and improving the new process to drive for efficiency and compliance for the countries. Support all other transactional activities as identified as beneficial through centralizing in the region support group.

Job Purpose:
Support BD global trade in transactional activities for the greater asia countries through managing the global trade services system. Developing and improving the new process to drive for efficiency and compliance for the countries. Support all other transactional activities as identified as beneficial through centralizing in the region support group.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage SAP Global trade service (GTS) system in transactional activities
- Manage screening and hold release
- Run Reporting for analysis and identification of errors
- Brokers KPI report consolidation, maintenance and audit
- System Database maintenances such as Hs codes, and country of origin
- Implement process improvement to deliver values across internal processes
- act as the contact point for 3pl, broker to support import n export operation
- Other adhoc relevant project as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain, logistics, political science, economics or engineering.
- 1 - 2 years experience in medical device/pharmaceutical or hi tech industry will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
