**Job description**
The role of Administration Specialist reports to the General Manager of Singapore & Head of Client Service. An Administration Specialist is a professional who specializes in handling various administrative tasks within an organization. You will be responsible for servicing senior executives from Fortune 500 firms in over 60 meetings annually in close collaboration with our China Admin Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Managing and organizing documents, files, and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**: Entering and analysing data to support decision-making processes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings or events to optimize time and resources.
- **Client Service**:Assisting Forum members with event RSVPs and membership updates to ensure a positive and seamless interaction experience.
- **General Duties**: Handling logistics by managing courier and traditional mail services, as well as overseeing office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
You will enjoy varied, fast-paced work, with a scope for broader responsibilities in line with experience. You will be confident in communicating with C-level executives and their senior teams. Very strong oral and written communication skills and proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office. A sense of teamwork and community is key.
**Compensation**
Fixed annual salary based on experience and the work capacity that you bring to IMA Asia. A 13th month (AWS) is also paid.
