Assist in the administrative support to students, apprentices and startups, and attend to enquiries and administration matters relating to the programme.
- Assist in developing strong relationships with the startups community, partners and stakeholders in driving demand for talent and job creation and organise talent matching and career events.
- Assist in gathering and reviewing of feedback from startups and apprentices after the internship and provide further recommendations.
- Work closely with stakeholders and various Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to deliver shared outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Provide regular updates to Team Lead on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer or the Management.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience or back-office support.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
