As the National Trade Association for startups in Singapore, engagement of startups is essential to enable us in designing activities and programmes of relevance to startup development and growth. As the Assistant Manager/ Manager for Startup Development, your portfolio entails:

- Engaging startups and partners regularly to have deep understanding of startup developmental and growth needs. Such developmental and growth needs may include access to capital, knowledge, talent, market and collaboration opportunities.
- Collating timely feedback from startups and identifying areas which ACE.SG should prioritise for potential intervention. This can include carrying out studies and landscape reports on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the local startup ecosystem.
- Developing engagement plans with startups and increasing the base of startups under ACE.SG membership.
- Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and partners to create opportunities in driving activities beneficial for startup development and growth.

Managing or participating in any projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
