**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective Google Ads strategies that align with our business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords to target in campaigns.
- Develop ad copy and creative that resonates with target audiences and encourages them to take action.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify and implement improvements to campaign performance.
- Work closely with our marketing team to identify target audiences and develop messaging that resonates with them.
- Track and report on key metrics to ensure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and industry trends to ensure campaign effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices and tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
