Our campaigns are designed to deliver measurable results, qualified leads, and strong ROI for businesses across industries.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of multiple ad accounts, implement high-performance strategies, and drive continuous campaign improvement. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing results-oriented campaigns and can confidently optimize for lead generation and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.Optimize ad copies, landing page relevance, and bid strategies.Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-backed adjustments.Set up and manage conversion tracking, lead quality review, and reporting.Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.Requirements:0-1 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.Strong command of ad performance metrics and conversion optimization.Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.Ability to manage multiple accounts with a performance mindset.Google Ads certification is preferred.Benefits:Paid leave.Two custom Saturdays off per month.Yearly bonus.Performance-based incentives.ROI-focused, growth-oriented work culture.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftPerformance bonusYearly bonusWork Location: In person,
