Singapore ACTIVE GLOBAL RESPITE CARE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Communications Manager
- Attracting and managing a large pool of volunteers within the service boundaries.
- Managing active ageing activities for the Active Ageing Hubs.
- Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, house-visits and other elderly related activities.
- Schedule regular house-visits to elderly living alone and frail.
- Prepare and tract annual budget for community outreach activities.
- Driving and achieving the required performance indicators stipulated by Ministry of Health.
- Prepare accurate records and reports on the house-visits.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
- 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) maybe required.
- Strong experience in managing a large team.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in outreach activities.
- Outstanding written and oral communication.
- Strong experience preparing reports.
- Good in Microsoft Office suite.
- Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
