Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer acquisition team as a Community Outreach Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new parents to our community and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard new parents and encourage their engagement in our community.
  • Collaborate with key partners to plan lead generation events such as Parent Sharings, trial classes, and other community events.
  • Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with parents and manage relationships effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with parents and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
