The Shell Singapore Mobility business serves more than 300,000 customers on a monthly basis across 57 sites in Singapore. With a customer ambition of being the “Most Loved Mobility Retailer in Singapore”, it is imperative for the business to evolve beyond traditional fuel options and keep up with emerging e-mobility trends.

Vehicle electrification is gathering pace globally with the International Energy Agency anticipating that there may be 300 to 400 million EVs on the road globally by 2040. In Singapore, the government have also announced its ambition to phase out ICE vehicles by 2040 and has an aggressive plan to install 28,000 EV chargers at public locations by 2030.

The e-Mobility Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the e-mobility strategy for Singapore, ensuring that Mobility Singapore continues to remain relevant to the communities we serve as we transit into the future of mobility.

**What's the role?**

Your accountabilities include the following:

- Responsible for the overall e-Mobility delivery for Singapore, including C5 delivery, charge point delivery and customer value proposition of Shell Recharge.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the e-Mobility strategy - this includes the Destination strategy and engineering strategy.
- Responsible for the overall EV and Fuels Network Masterplan for Singapore to ensure Mobility network strategy ensures we thrive through the energy transition.
- Lead senior management engagement with potential e-Mobility partners and ensures clear government advocacy plan.
- Network planner contractor will report into this role to assist him or her on network planning related matters.
- E-Mobility Product Manager and EPCM Engineering Manager will report to this role to ensure a nimble and agile team structure. (I edited this line from Workday).

**What we need from you**

- Strong leadership skills to lead a team through a growth market environment
- Sound knowledge and proven experience in the Emobility industry is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to manage relationships key stakeholders across different businesses and functions
- Ability to use commercial acumen to qualify potential opportunities that drive incremental value to the business
- Ability to identify key issues and seek out relevant information despite the existence of complex and ambiguous factors to create solutions that meet both the short and long term needs of the business
- Ability to manage complex interfaces both internally and externally to create win-win outcomes for both Shell and external partners
- High competency in leveraging customer insights and data to drive competitive advantages for the business
