**Position Overview**:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations in the Philippines, including overseeing budgets, timelines, and team performance. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and team performance, while also driving process optimisation and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day business activities for E Mobility Solutions (Philippines).
- Manage company budgets, expenses, and profit and loss statements.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure business targets are met.
- Represent the company in business meetings and corporate activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team, ensuring team objectives are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards in product and service delivery.
- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and operations goals with company objectives.
- Implement new sales and customer-related processes.
- Set performance metrics and monitor KPIs to track operational success.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop expansion strategies for the company.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
