**Responsibilities**:
Provide in-house system and end user support, including both hardware and software
Assist the MIS manager in coordinating IT projects with other departments of the organization including regional offices overseas
Perform troubleshooting to resolve MIS problems timely and effectively
Perform routine systems and database backup and health checking
Assist in updating MIS policies and maintaining accurate MIS inventory and system documentation
Liaise and coordinate with service providers for MIS solutions
Assist in ad hoc projects and duties

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree /Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related disciplines
At least 3 years related working experience
Hands-on Linux system support and trouble-shooting. Knowledge of shell scripting is a plus
Solid experience and knowledge in Windows, Active Directory and other MIS related functions
CCNA/MCSE/Linux certificates holder is preferable but not compulsory
Experience in VPN & Firewall configuration, Virtual Machine & vSAN, MS ERP administration and IT security knowledge would be definitely an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently

4 Year Degree
