Senior Drafter

**Responsibilities**
- Manage sales enquiry together with Director as a team
- Manage min 6-8 projects at any one time
- Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/mood board
- Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
- Prepare BQ quotations
- Min 5 years experience in Condo and Landed properties construction
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
- Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
- Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
- Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

**Requirement**
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Microsoft Office
- Team player with collaborative work ethic.
