**Responsibilities**:
**Create Client Value**
- Forms insights on premiums or claims based on client needs, own expertise and Aon’s capabilities; shares even if they differ from clients’ point of view
- Contributes to proposals and bid processes for clients and prospects
- Communicate with clients, sales team, and other operating units to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance in relation to claims or premium matters.
- Assist client in preparing sliding scale commissions adjustments, profit commission calculation, and retrospective premium adjustments in accordance with contract terms and transmit for client’s approval.
- Research and liaise with clients and reinsurers as questions arise. Meeting clients’ and reinsurers’ needs through consultative and strategic approach.
- Building rapport with clients and reinsurers relevant to the territory
- Liaise with clients to coordinate submission of reinsurance reporting.

**Develop Teams**
- Develops own and the team’s expertise to effectively meet client needs by problem solving distinctive solutions
- Work with senior team members to identify and offer solutions to problems and disputes.
- Preparing statistics for the sales team during renewal periods
- Liaising with the sales team for post renewal updates
- Monitor compliance with terms of trade and premium payment warranties and liaise with sales teams as required.
- Assist in communication with clients, prospects, accounting teams, sales team, and other operating units (including the outsource partner) to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance.
- Interface with global accounting teams.
- Make observations and recommendations contributing to the sales or operational process.

**Enable Innovation**
- Generates new ideas and shares innovations; seeks to provide the best solutions through new knowledge and diagnosing client situations
- Understands and implements best practices to meet client needs; shares innovations with others
- Oversees accuracy of roles for clients in Contact Management System, and Special Handling for Roles and Banking Details for clients and reinsurers.
- Actively participates in projects surrounding process efficiency, standardization and automation i.e. UAT Testing, PPV Testing,
- Develops knowledge of client / reinsurer payment themes to identify new solutions to improve claims payment performance and Premium Payment Performance.

**Deliver business Results**
- Promotes opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvement and revenue generation
- Providing input on improving operational efficiency
- Monitoring of new, renewed and lost accounts
- Monitoring of scheduled revenue against budget figures. Working together with the respective brokers in ascertaining forecast accuracy on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Compliance approval is obtained for third party co-brokerages and brokerage only accounts
- Organize, schedule and attend transactional audits, as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years relevant experience, preferably with a sound understanding of the reinsurance industry within the Asia region
- Detailed, meticulous and able to multi-task under tight deadlines
- A team player - able to communicate in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders in a professional environment
- Strong computer / system literacy, including first class Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
